L’IsolaThe Island

Al Reem Island is one of Abu Dhabi’s most established addresses. Waterfront character, retail at street level, water on every side. Waterfront by Missoni stands at its most prominent point. Canal to one side. Sea to the other.

Where Island Living Meets the City

Al Reem Island sits just off the capital, close enough to reach the city in minutes, far enough to feel like leaving it. Water on all sides, and one of the most sought-after addresses in the UAE.

The Setting

Mangrove Channels, and the Beach at the Door

Al Reem is edged by mangrove channels on its inland side, shallow and still enough to paddle at first light. They are a protected habitat rather than a landscaped feature, which is why they have stayed as they are while the island built up around them.

On the seaward side the ground runs out to the Shams shoreline with no road to cross: direct beach access at the base of the tower. The beach is shared with the promenade, and it is the reason the building faces the way it does.

Location

Everything Within Reach

Set within Shams Abu Dhabi, the building holds a position few can claim: water on two sides, direct beach access at its base, and views in four directions.

The Neighbourhood

Close to What Matters

Reem Island brings together waterfront views, parks, cafés, and leisure spots in one destination, where city energy meets the pace of the island.

Reem Mall and Reem Central Park are minutes away. Reem Hospital, Cleveland Clinic and Burjeel are on the island itself, as are Repton School and the Sorbonne. Al Maryah and the financial district sit across one bridge.
